We will dive deep into how culture impacts us, reflecting on what it has to do with business. Through understanding our own culture and values, we can then start to observe the behaviours and communication styles of other cultures. This empowers us to become cultural bridge builders, with the goal of reducing the number of misunderstandings and missed opportunities of success when working internationally.

Practical Tools

You will learn about different dimensions of culture and how working styles overlap or differ from your own style of working and communication style. You will develop cultural agility in terms behaviour and communication, practising with real-life examples that regularly cause misunderstandings and delays in global teams.

You will learn how to succeed in diverse environments & improve your performance through developing your “push & pull” competencies.
